Immature coturnix quails were divided into 3 groups. The 1st, the control group, was fed with normal food. The 2nd and the 3rd groups, the experimental groups, were fed with normal food added with white grow 5% and 10% by food weight, respectively, throughout 60 days. Every 10 days, plasma Samples from all groups were taken to determine calcium, total protein and cholesterol concentrations. A total of 180 samples were analyzed. It was found that the 3 correlation coefficients between the white grow quantity and calcium concentration the whine grow quantity and total protein concentration and the white grow quantity and cholesterol concentration were all positive.
